accordance with applicable legislation. Personal data such as name, PIN (Personal Identification

the obligation to provide accurate information necessary for fulfilling the requested services.
Lkconsult.eu may share your data only with third pares directly related to the execution of a
particular service, such as lawyers, accountants, and payment operators with whom lkconsult.eu has
a cooperation agreement. Except in the specified cases, your data will not be disclosed to third
pares without explicit consent, unless required by law or necessary for cooperation with a specific
authority.

has expressed willingness to receive such inquiries. Each accountant who receives inquiries from
users independently decides whether and how to respond to the client. It is important to emphasize
that Lkconsult.eu is not a party to the relationship between the client and the accountant and does
not monitor their correspondence. Additionally, Lkconsult.eu does not participate in negotiations for
accounting services and is not responsible for due amounts for accounting services.
Using the "Accounting Services" feature does not constitute entering into an accounting services
contract. If you wish to receive such a service, you, as a user, bear responsibility for concluding a
contract with the chosen accountant or accounting firm. Lkconsult.eu is not a party to this contract
and does not participate in its conclusion or execution.
During the provision of the "Accounting Services" feature, Lkconsult.eu functions solely as an
information provider in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act. We do not modify the
information, initiate its transmission, or select the recipient. Lkconsult.eu is not a party to the
relationship between you and the accountant. By accepting these general terms, you agree not to
hold Lkconsult.eu responsible for your relationships with accountants or accounting firms connected
through Lkconsult.eu services.
Lkconsult.eu is not liable for losses or damages related to using the platform or sites leading to it, as
well as for your relationships with accountants when using the "Accounting Services" feature. When
using Lkconsult.eu, the responsibility for potential risks remains with you.
Limitation of Liability:
Lkconsult.eu provides information, content, and services that may contain inaccuracies or technical
errors. "KONSULT MVT" EOOD. and its suppliers do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or
applicability of the provided materials. The information on the site should not be used as a basis for

submitted in wring to global.services@lkconsult.eu, with clear identification details of the requested

If there is doubt about the non-compliance of the provided documents with the current legislation in
the Republic of Bulgaria, the user can file a complaint with specific evidence. In case of proven non-
compliance, the amount will be refunded within up to 7 working days from the date of receiving the
evidence.
Prices, Fees, and Payment Methods:
The prices and conditions for the provided services are clearly stated on the respective pages of the
Lkconsult.eu site. For each service, the fee payable by the user is indicated, which must be paid in
advance before starting the execution of the service, unless otherwise specified. All payments for
services offered through the platform must be made in advance and in full, unless specifically
mentioned otherwise.
Lkconsult.eu accepts payments in the following ways:
1. Bank transfer to the account of "KONSULT MVT" EOOD.;
2. Cash on delivery via courier services such as "Econt" and "Speedy";
3. Payment at EasyPay cash desks;
Refusal of an order can be made only before the start of the execution of the requested service. To
request a refusal, the user must send a written notification to the email global.services@lkconsult.eu,
including sufficient data to identify the order.
Refunding of paid amounts is possible only in cases where the documents provided by lkconsult.eu
do not comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. To approve refunds, the user
must present specific evidence confirming the non-compliance of the provided service.
Complaints and Refunds:
In case of incorrect execution of services by lkconsult.eu, users have the right to file a written
complaint through the contact form on the site or at the email address: global.services@lkconsult.eu.
The complaint will be reviewed within a reasonable me, and if justified, the user will be informed
about the possibilities for refunding.
Termination of Services:
Lkconsult.eu reserves the right at any me to terminate, modify, or restrict access to the provided
services without prior notice. You accept that Lkconsult.eu is not liable for any damages or losses
